How a change gets detected

Re-read on official pages
Each tool’s free-tier facts are read again from the provider’s own pricing, help, or documentation pages — the same official-source rule every tracker value starts from.

Hash the reading
The re-read facts are hashed into a content hash. The hash covers every tracked fact, including each quota’s label, allowance, cadence, source, and verified date.

Compare with the last observation
A hash that differs from the tool’s previous observation means at least one fact moved. The two readings are compared field by field to name what changed.

Append, never overwrite
The new reading is appended to the tool’s history and, when the difference is confirmed on an official page, the change is listed above. Nothing already published is edited away.
A change appears on this page only after re-verification from an official source. Forum posts, review sites, screenshots, and second-hand reports are not used, so a change rumoured elsewhere can be absent here for as long as it stays unconfirmed on the provider’s own pages.
